See the coffee machine types of equipment in action and see firsthand the creation of the world’s most loved beverage in various ways. At the end of the workshop, be a step ahead towards opening a successful cafe or coffee business.
Course Outline:
- Introduction to coffee (history, classification, types of roast, grind sizes) - Espresso standard extractions, basic milk steaming and frothing - Coffee concoctions (americano, cafe latte, cappuccino, cafe mocha, caramel macchiato) - Frappe preparations.
Learning Outcome:
- Learn how to calibrate your grinder and your machine. - Learn how to properly steam milk. - Learn the difference between a bad shot and a good shot. - Learn to prepare the different types of hot and cold beverages. - Basic latte art.
