preparation guides:
• For the Classic Japanese Matcha Tea:
Add 3 grams of the Pure Series Matcha Powder to 60 to 100 ml of 40°C water using a Matcha Whisk. Serve. Note: Extremely hot water will cause the matcha powder to be bitter and astringent. At this temperature, the water’s maximum flavor potential is reached.
• For Smoothies 16oz:
Add 5 grams of Pure Series Powder to a blender, two scoops (30 grams) of Frappe Base Powder, 30 grams of fruit jams, fruit syrups, or powdered flavors, and 220 grams of crushed ice. Garnish with slices or cubes of fresh fruit, and serve.
